H. Mario Williams, P.Eng.
Director / Geotechnical and Materials Testing Engineer
Mario is currently a director at Trans-Global Engineering Ltd. and a Geotechnical and Materials Testing Engineer with over seven years of experience. His responsibilities include geotechnical investigations and design, materials testing, soil testing, pile design, foundation construction inspection, planning, scheduling, budgeting and construction management.
Prior to his present responsibilities, he worked as a Project Manager for Hamilton Construction LLC coordinating repair procedures to select portions of the Alyeska Pipeline as well as the rehabilitation of the Skagway Small Boat Harbour. He was also the Materials Laboratory manager for exp. Services Inc. (formerly ADI Ltd.) and conducted regular geotechnical investigations, materials analysis and issued design recommendations.
This diverse range of experience has provided Mario with an in-depth knowledge of the engineering profession.

Andre Gregoire Williams, P.Eng.
Director / Structural Engineer
Andre is currently a director at Trans-Global Engineering Ltd. and a Structural Engineer with over seven years of experience. His duties often include the structural design of general buildings and marine structures, project management, quality control, condition assessments and project planning.
He previously worked as a Project Manager for Canadian Global Investment Ltd. doing preliminary engineering, condition assessments and project permitting. He also worked as a project manager for Hamilton Oilfield Services, coordinating repair procedures to select portions of the Trans-Alaska (Alyeska) Pipeline.
Andre has strong experience in preliminary design and cost estimating, final design, project control, construction scheduling, tendering, contract administration and site inspection.
